   Yong Pan, C.E.O.

Yong Pan
  • CEO of Asian Village Atlanta, LLC.
  • Mr. Pan is also the founder of the East –West Cultural Exchange Foundation Inc. In the past 10 years, Mr. Pan has made significant contributions in building up cultural and business relationships between the United States and China.
  • Mr. Pan established his first company - Nation Homes, Inc. on 1995. Was a winner of a prestigious SILVER AWARD given by the Atlanta Home Builder’s Association.
  • Since immigrating to the United States in 1985, Mr. Pan has been actively involved in the design of hotels, commercial centers, and office buildings. He designed the Chinese garden in the St. Louis Missouri Botanical Gardens, which was the most authentic of its size in the United States in 1995.
  • Mr. Pan is a graduate of the Tsinghua University School of Architecture in Beijing. He has 35 years of experience in Architectural design and real estate development in both China and the U.S.

   Paul Bai, Executive Vice President

Paul Bai
  • Executive Vice President of Asian Village Atlanta, LLC.
  • Paul has a diversified career path, with experience in business, information technology, and real estate.
  • Paul, a true entrepreneur, is always on top of the new trend. He is also skilled in planning and managing. He has had success creating new businesses using those skills.
  • Paul is a veteran in the IT business. He co-founded Parnova, an online market research survey company that has clients all over the world. He also served as Asia Pacific Director for the medical information system company and managed channel partners for the region.
  • Paul is a real estate agent affiliated with GMAC. He is skilled at dealing with clients and partners.
  • Paul holds a Master’s degree from Clemson University.

   Dan Hovendick, Senior Vice President of Finance

Dan Hovendick
  • Hovendick began his lending career in 1970, working in all areas of lending at Marine Bank Corporation. In 1983 he became the President and CEO of the leasing subsidiary company operated by a $1.0 billion Savings & Loan. Hovendick was then recruited to Bank of America and became the top producer of loans in North America
  • Hovendick moved into the industrial business and became Vice President of Finance for Hydro-Chem Processing and helped grow the company from a meager $900,000 in annual sales to over $20,000,000 in annual revenue in four years. He then became a principal and Regional Vice President of Sales of a software development company for two years.
  • In 2001 Hovendick returned to banking as Vice President Lending, Business Relationship Manager in Atlanta for Wachovia Bank. He specialized in the acquisition and development of businesses with revenues up to $10,000,000. Hovendick was the top business producer in the State of Georgia four consecutive years.

   Dave Heydinger, Vice President of Construction Management

Dave Heydinger
  • Graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering
  • Left the Engineering Field to pursue a career in Construction and Development, in which he now has over twenty years of experience
  • Founded Mathias Corporation in 1995
  • Extensive experience in Office, Retail, Mixed Use, Industrial, Entertainment, Financial and Healthcare projects
  • Mathias has completed every project in its history on or ahead of schedule
  • Over $100 Million in completed projects in the last five years
  • Married for twenty one years and has four sons
  • Member of Duluth United Methodist Church and Certified Lay Speaker
  • Serves on the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
  • Rotarian – Rotary Club of Duluth

   Jia-Ji Gu, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales

Jia-Ji Gu

  • Ms. Gu holds an M.S. degree in Chemistry obtained from the University of Missouri – St Louis in 1986.
  • She has had a successful professional career of over 20 years in education, research and development, and management with large name companies.
  • Ms. Gu is a co-founder of Asia Village Atlanta, the East-west Cultural Exchange Foundation and current President of Nation Homes Inc.
  • She has held a Georgia Real estate license and has made many successful purchases and sales transactions during the last 15 years.

   Juni Hsieh, Vice President of Marketing

  • Juni has demonstrated leadership accomplishements with15 years experience in entrepenuer business development. A former partner and founder of PC Source, a leading edge online e-tailer in PC Technology since 1996.
  • Currently an independent licensed and registered Financial Services Professional, servicing metro Atlanta in financial planning, and healthcare benefits.
  • A member of National Association of Asian American Professionals. A national organization that focuses on professional and leadership development.

   Timothy McFadden, Marketing

Timothy McFadden
  • Timothy McFadden established a strong reputation since 1979 as a business broker. He specialized in office supply, office equipment, and point of sale market and dominated, receiving awards year after year from manufactures such as Panasonic, Swintec, CRS, and Teknika. During this climb Timothy served as CEO and President of several Corporations including the largest field of membership credit union in North America.
  • In 1993 the focus shifted to Commercial Real Estate and large company mergers and acquisitions. Timothy worked internally for TCI Cable prior to its structured merger with AT&T. Timothy continued with Commercial Real Estate in 5 south eastern states growing both franchise and non-franchise real estate firms.
  • As a professional International business broker and REALTOR® Timothy went on to become a director of the National Association of Realtors®, a director for the Georgia Association of Realtors®, and the president of the 2nd largest association of Realtors® in Georgia, NAMAR. Today he is serving as the current president of the International Real Estate Council of Georgia, one of the founders and certifying parties for the CIIIS designation, and EB5 business development within Georgia.
  • 2009 has brought even more great challenges with opening up marketing and investment for the Asian Village Atlanta project seeking worldwide capital thru both private investment and EB5 investment.

   Rich Hart, Marketing

Rich Hart
  • Rich Hart uniquely established a strong reputation as a business development coach and consultant for over 25 years. As a corporate business design strategist and noted industry restructuring specialist; his direct focus was geared towards developing specialty application design business models for sales, servicing, marketing, advertising, finance, manufacturing and distribution business organizations for worldwide markets.
  • As a professional International business speaker, he communicates foundational and advanced life and business principals based on personal challenges and choices of accountability. Practices extracted from timeless experience that continues to transport individuals on a unique journey developing practical and advanced business strategies to exceed industry specific achievement planning models worldwide.
  • Currently he is president of several successful international corporations and is noted as an established prominent REALTOR®, national industry trainer and consultant for the national and international real estate business community. He is the 2010 President of the IRECGA (Georgia International Real Estate Council of Georgia) and Vice President of Program Development for Georgia NSA (National Speakers Association).
